UNEP’s Regional Ozone Network meetings conclude with a Diploma Award Ceremony by elearning-training.com Members attending the UNEP’s Regional Ozone Network for Europe & Central Asia (ECA network) last March in Kyrgyzstan were awarded a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) certified Diploma from elearning-training.com
UNEP and elearning-training.com, the elearning platform developed by Star Refrigeration, join forces to promote the use of elearning to train RACHP engineers across all different countries helping to eliminate barriers to introducing ozone and climate friendly technologies as part of national HCFC phase-out plans.
The project involved the translation of the industry award winning elearning courses into Russian and the provision of Personal Learning Accounts to each participant to access the learning material from their home countries in a convenient way.
During the meeting participants were involved in a question and answer session lead by Star Refrigeration to clarify technical issues regarding to the Learning material and the elearning-training.com system. Students’ efforts were celebrated at a diploma award ceremony that rewarded candidates who successfully passed the courses with a CPD certified Diploma.
Star Refrigeration will continue to cooperate with ECA network countries and National Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Associations to translated the training material into the different languages and promote elearning as a cost-effective training tool.
