Oxford Branch

Star Refrigeration’s Oxford branch covers a geographical area around the A34, from Worthing in the east, across to Swindon in the west, and from Witney in the north to Southampton on the south coast. The branch is situated in the Oxfordshire village of Watlington, the second regional base it has occupied since it was established in 1994.

The Oxford branch provides plant maintenance at over 25 sites, predominantly in the comfort cooling and TCS&D industries, as well as food production. The branch is responsible for refrigeration plant aftercare for a number of leading players in national food retail distribution and a global broadcast media company.

The engineering team at Oxford includes six field engineers, an additional engineer on Star’s fast track training programme and an apprentice. Communication is a key focus for the management team at Oxford, with monthly client contact and detailed site status reports completed on a regular basis.

The Oxford branch undertakes regular customer satisfaction surveys, constantly scoring highly across all maintenance and service work. Client retention levels are also high, with  the branch providing well over 10 years service for a large number of customers.
