Star receives IIP Platinum and Gold awards

It meant a great deal to Star to receive the Platinum Investors in People and Gold Investors in Young People awards in 2023, maintaining the high standard we had set with our 2020 accreditations.  Standout areas from the IIP review included feedback from Star employees on the positive culture of collaboration and sharing successes, and the company’s highly valued benefits package. Investors in People is a ‘purpose before profit’ organisation, and Star began independently benchmarking against the IIP framework back in 2003.
