Over the years, Star have supported a variety of causes to inspire future female engineers into the Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heat Pump (RACHP) industry in addition to educating youngsters about the endless possibilities within the sector.

At Star Refrigeration, we are committed to providing young people with the skills, knowledge and opportunities to pursue a rewarding future in engineering. This is especially important for young women, who in the past have not had the same chances as men to build careers within STEM.

Inspiring young people and giving back to communities is one of our top priorities, and for this reason we are very pleased to support projects and awareness campaigns including: Women in Engineering Day, Women in RACHP, Fantastic Fridges and FemEng in Rwanda among others.
