Women in RACHP

Women in RACHP is a networking, educational and mentoring group to promote the role of women in the industry run by The Institute of Refrigeration (IOR).

Some of Star Refrigeration’s female employees are founding members and part of the steering committee of the group. As such, Star Refrigeration’s supports the group aims to engage and attract more talented females and make the industry more appealing to all.
