We have regular one to ones with managers to establish long term goals and objectives to support growth.
Support with continued learning
We support and encourage employees to pursue further qualifications and chartered status in their chosen specialism to complement their work based learning and help them achieve their aspirations. We work closely with industry bodies to share knowledge and provide opportunities for our employees. Many have also attended international conferences to present papers on various topics.
My biggest career highlight was when I graduated with my BA in Business. I’ve done this while still doing my weekly hours at work, it was hard but a great accomplishment
