Newcastle Branch

Located close to the A1(M) motorway in Hebburn, the Newcastle branch was established in 1989. The branch provides maintenance support at over 30 customer sites across the North East region, including Tyneside, Middlesbrough and the North Sea coast.

The Newcastle branch has a diverse customer base ranging from small quayside fisheries and food manufacturing firms, through to large TCS&D, petrochemical companies and ice rink operators. The engineering team delivers a wide range of plant maintenance support, as well as undertaking new installation and service work.

The Newcastle branch team includes nine qualified field engineers, two apprentices, management and admin staff. The branch excels in staff development and retention, with an award-winning apprentice programme and several engineers moving up through the ranks to management positions.

With a small team and a customer base including many independent operators, the Newcastle branch is proud of its friendly, client-focused approach. Customer service underpins the continued success of the branch, which has grown a solid and loyal client base over the past three decades.
