Star Refrigeration retains prestigious Platinum & Gold Investors in People accreditations
The company celebrates highest people focused accolades for investing in its employees
Cooling and heating sector experts, Star Refrigeration, are proud holders of Platinum and Gold Investors in People (IIP) and Investors in Young People (IIYP) awards, respectively, maintaining the company’s high standard since their 2020 accreditations.
This prestigious award places Star Refrigeration at the highest levels of business standards under the IIP’s ‘We Invest In People’ framework, recognising best practice in policies and practices designed to support, develop and reward staff and ensuring the approach is embedded into all aspects of the organisation.

The independent benchmarking against the IIP framework, coupled with feedback from employees has helped shape the company’s strategic focus on people. Alongside its Platinum ranking, Star also retained its Gold accreditation for Investors In Young People, an award that recognises and celebrates the company’s strong commitment to providing opportunities for those beginning their careers in a variety of roles within the cooling, air conditioning, and heat pumps sector.
